Service

As a STEMA/PEDAX-customer you can count on full after-sales service, no matter in which part of the world your machine is operating. We are represented in more than 40 countries and in all important markets, partly with our own organisations and partly in co-operation with local partners and agents.
The two largest STEMA/PEDAX’ service centres are located in Kvistgård, Denmark, and Bitburg, Germany respectively. Here the service work is co-ordinated so that both Stema and Pedax make their highly skilled service engineers available - employees who have undergone systematic training on all STEMA/PEDAX machines.
STEMA/PEDAX also have their own service engineers in the USA, Brazil, Australia and the Middle East, while sales agents take care of our service obligations in many other countries via hot-line or with proprietary stocks of spare parts.
The hot-line function is a very important service for our customers – it’s even free-of-charge. You can call, or email, a competent team of employees, who are ready to help you right away: trouble-shooting, providing sound technical advice and practical instructions as to what you should do with your machine in your specific case. It may be that we have to send out a service engineer within 24 hours, just as the spare parts can also be made available within the same period.
Our service engineers visit STEMA/PEDAX customers all over the world. They repair and maintain our machines in accordance with the beneficial service contracts which you can take out with Stema/Pedax.
A service contract can, for instance, include 2 service checks a year, spare parts not included. It is also possible to enter into an “All-Included” contract, which includes spare parts. The contract is based on a fixed monthly fee.
It is of eminent importance to us that all STEMA/PEDAX-machines work uninterrupted, a requirement we are able to guarantee by supplying spare parts for the full range of machines. The oldest STEMA-machines dating back to 1984 are still in operation. However, for PEDAX machines, which are likely to be older then 20 years - introduced onto the market in 1926 - we are able to manufacture special parts, if needed. This means that we keep them going in production.
