The time required to weld the concrete reinforcing steel parts together hardly vary at all from machine to machine. The time needed to produce a cage depends on the diameter, length, the number of longitudinal bars, the spiral pitch, the number of welds, the number of rings which must initially be welded manually as well as the number of inner rings. These operations are time consuming so that production must be automatic and of a continuous uninterrupted nature.

The STEMA/PEDAX Pilemaster features robust, simple design, thus making it extremely reliable - crucial factor in achieving high output.
