The Twinmaster 12 X and Twinmaster 12 X+ are 2 new automatic stirrup machine models with servo drive. The basic machine is based on the well-known Twinmaster 12 S, introduced at Bauma 2004 and has been sold succesfully so far (2007) to more than 150 customers world-wide.
Both machines process hot- and cold rolled wire in the range from 5 mm up to 12,7 mm and double strand up to 10 mm.
Twinmaster 12 X:
The Twinmaster 12 X includes an integrated pre-feeding unit for easy threading of 2 wires, a straightening system, which are using the well-known Quick-Jig® system combined with an automatic adjustment of the last roller in each straightening roller by means of 2 joysticks.
Twinmaster 12 X+:
The Twinmaster 12 X+ is equipped with further 2 fully automatic straightening units where each top roller is electronically adjusted by an electrical spindel motor and a high speed Bosch servo motor for the bending unit. The complete straightening units can be adjusted individual for each wire diameter and memorized in the computer system by means of 3 joysticks. Stainless steel front plate.
