B-Master

: The B-Master automatic bender consists of an in-feed conveyor complete with a guide system and support rollers for vertically stacked bars, a pendulum PC for input of production data, the automatic bender itself with servo drives, dropdown gearbox and a positioning system for maximum precision length setting.

: The large flat table surface of the B-Master provides for optimum support of the bars during the bending process. Grippers and positioning system for producing accurate shapes. Two grippers are located in front and behind the turntable facilitate bending of all lengths. Kick-off system is also integrated.

: Discharge robot with robust gripper arm and collection box available as an accessory (option) for storing shapes. This feature serves to enhance yet again the degree of automation associated with the machine. This discharge robot is highly effective when large production quantities are involved.

: Operator PC for easy data input and rapid definition of shapes. The shapes are depicted graphically. The data can, of course, be imported either online or simply scanned in.
